Services Bay Families: Supporting parents and carers Bay Families strives to identify and address the needs and concerns of vulnerable and disadvantaged families as they care for children. Who we can help With a focus on early intervention for children younger than 12 years, Bay Families' Family Support Workers help parents/carers with children (aged 0-18 years) experiencing personal, social, emotional or financial difficulties.
