About us Mission and values Welcome to HBNC HBNC was founded in 1989 as a community-based initiative to provide help, friendship, and support to the most disenfranchised people in the community. The emphasis of all of our activities is on people and the relief of issues and concerns that impede them from living a successful and happy life. We develop and deliver programs and services in response to community needs. Presently, HBNC manages 30 funded programs that encompass aspects of aged care, family services, diversity, and social isolation. Our mission To provide a place for people to belong, feel safe and be connected to a community of support. Our programs focus on all community members at any stage of life, including those who are vulnerable or isolated. Our vision A strong and connected community.
