Fraser Coast Seniors Survey

HBNC is conducting a Seniors Survey to gather information from community members aged 65 and over to see how life is going and what challenges are being experienced.

This will inform our State of Seniors Report to be released later in 2024.

Your information will be used solely for the State of Seniors research and will be held confidentially by HBNC and not released to any other party.

The survey has 24 questions and takes approximately 7 minutes to complete.

 

Survey participants go into the draw to win one of ten $40 Boat Club vouchers to be drawn by HBNC on 31st March 2024. Winners will be notified by phone and email.
