What is $20 Boss?

$20 BOSS is a free, 9 week program delivered by HBNC in partnership with Young Change Agents. Participants are given $20 of funding to create, launch and operate their own venture over the course of the program. $20 Boss is the largest entrepreneurship program in Australia and is aligned to the National Curriculum across English, Mathematics, Economics and Business.

$20 Boss will teach you:

• To develop a side hustle business from concept to product launch
• Enterprise skills & design-thinking
• Social Entrepreneurship (doing good)
• Budgeting and finance skills
• Product design
• Marketing skills
• Pitching a business proposition
• Opportunity to launch your business at the Youth Markets (At October 2023 Food n Groove)
• Participants eligible to apply for the $20 Boss National Awards, and be considered for the Teens in Business Awards that celebrate youth-led innovation and social entrepreneurship
