As of Monday, 23 March 2020, we will be implementing essential services only to be delivered face to face.

Changes implemented:

  • When possible, we will provide a service to you via phone call rather than face to face.
  • If a service is essential and required to deliver face to face session then strict safety precautions and hygiene recommendations will be followed.
  • All volunteer drivers are now following a strict cleaning and hygiene routine with vehicles.
  • All staff will attend meetings via skype or other platforms.
  • If entering the building please follow the instructions provided and remain 1.5 meters from the reception desk.
  • Please use the hand santiser when entering the building.

** If you are feeling ill please do not come in. Please advise Rowena Allen if you are being tested or have been diagnosed with Coronavirus. Email: [email protected] Phone: 41943000 **

If you have any concerns as a volunteer delivering a service please speak to your direct Coordinator for further instructions.

If you have concerns of an essential service that you receive from the Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre again please speak to the Coordinator of the program or phone us on 4194 3000.

We continue to take advice and recommendations from the Queensland and Australian Government and have taken precautionary measures to reduce the spread of the virus. As changes occur we will be notifying everyone through our communication channels: Facebook, Website and Email.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding our clients or services.
