100 Days of Imagination

What is Illuminate: 100 Days of Imagination?

Illuminate: 100 Days of Imagination is a community-wide initiative dedicated to sparking connection, creativity, and kindness across our town.

For 100 days, HBNC are turning everyday spaces into places of play and conversation.

This isn’t a campaign, it’s a vital part of our Community Plan for the next three years.

The insights and feedback we gather during these 100 days will directly shape the future of HBNC and our community towards 2030.

By participating, you aren't just having fun, you are helping us design a more inclusive, supportive, and friendly Fraser Coast for years to come.

Help Us Re-Imagine Our Community by participating in our Survey

We want to hear your voice. How can we make Hervey Bay a more positive, supportive, and friendly place to live?

How to Get Involved: Join the Dream Team

Be part of the "engine room" that brings Illuminate to life. We are looking for creative volunteers to join the Dream Team.

No experience is needed, and a free lunch is provided!

  • The Mission: Brainstorm and design small acts of imagination and kindness to be implemented across the community during April – July 2026.
  • Weekly Workshops: Join us every Friday (starting March – June) from 10:00am – 2:00pm at The Neighbourhood Hive - 184 Boat Harbour Drive, Pialba.

Host a Station, Play with Imagination:

We are currently doing a call-out for local Fraser Coast Businesses to be a part of our 100 Days of Imagination. As one activity, our Dream Team has developed Kindness Jars filled with Kindness Dares to share within Community.

Be a part of something new, and help us build a stronger and more connected community.

See below for further activities to get involved in.
