The Crawford Room, located in the Hervey Bay Community Centre, accommodates larger groups and comfortably seats 10-12 people.
Boardroom

The Boardroom is the perfect business meeting space, suitable for groups of 8-10 people. This room is equipped with a large boardroom/conference table and chairs, teleconference phone, video conferencing and access to a Smart Board, and Wi-Fi access.
Phoenix Room

This open space is ideal for children's parties, corporate training events and workshops where participants need some space to move around. For up to 80 people.
HALL D: Hervey Bay Community Centre

This smaller function space, which can host up to 40 people, is ideal for corporate training events, community group meetings and workshops of all kinds.
HALL C: Hervey Bay Community Centre

This smaller function space, which can host up to 40 people, is ideal for corporate training events, community group meetings and workshops of all kinds.

Main Hall: Hervey Bay Community Centre

The Main Hall, located in the Hervey Bay Community Centre, caters for weddings, conferences and other large functions. It is large enough for up to 200 people (150 seated).
