Doodling – unwind and create!

Doodling can provide a respite from the things that are stressing you.

Letting your mind wander through doodling is a way to break negative thought patterns, and getting creative is believed to calm the part of the brain linked to anxiety.

Join our relaxed 2 hour session, and doodle your problems away! No experience required.

Where: The Urangan Community Wellness Centre, Elizabeth St, Urangan (opposite Miller St)

When:  Mondays each week from 15 January 2024, 2-4pm

Cost: $5 for tea/coffee/soft drink and a snack
