Held on Saturday, 18 July 2026 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Hervey Bay Community Centre, the expo brings together a wide range of local services, practitioners, and facilitators in one welcoming space. Attendees can explore service stalls, take part in interactive workshops and short sessions, and engage in practical demonstrations across topics such as nutrition, mental health, lifestyle, and preventative wellbeing. With a relaxed, drop-in format, the event is designed to help people ask questions, build confidence, and connect directly with support at their own pace.
