This information sharing/discussion workshop is perfect for women 50+ who:

  • Are striving for a healthier diet.
  • Want some easy ideas of how to incorporate more plant-based and whole foods into their meals.
  • Want to incorporate a few meat-free meals per week.

This workshop is not about persuading you to adopt a strict vegetarian or vegan diet. Rather, the focus is around learning how to increase your intake of plant-based and whole foods (including healthy food swaps) so you can reap the health rewards.

Kerrie Jamieson will bring some recipes along to share, and offer practical ideas that can be implemented straight away.

If you have some ideas you’d like to share, we’d love for you to join us.
