Crafty Girl Gang - 2nd Thursday of the Month

Join our new crafty girl gang at the Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre! Led by dedicated crafter Susan, explore various craft techniques each month, you can bring your own project to work on, or try something new using provided materials. 

Please bring your skill and knowledge to the group - it's an opportunity for some fun, a chat and a cuppa. 

The first session on 9 May is a "get to know you" and let's toss around some ideas and select activities for future workshops, e.g:

• Paper making
• Cyanotype printing
• Roll a Picasso, Van Gogh's Sunflowers, Roll and Draw an Owl
• Paper flower making
• Paper gift bags
• Fascinators for Cup Day
• Bleach tie dying
• Marbling
• Mosaics
• Plaster casting

When: 2nd Thursday each month, 9 May, 13 Jun, 11 Jul, 8 Aug, 12 Sep & 10 Oct 2024. 9am to 11am

Where: Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre, 22 Charles St, Pialba

Cost: $10 includes craft materials, a cuppa and a sweet treat (scone/muffin).
