THRIVE

Welcome to THRIVE!

THRIVE is a month-long community wellbeing initiative held each May across Hervey Bay and surrounding communities. Created to support women to pause, reconnect, and move forward with confidence, the program brings together a range of accessible workshops, learning experiences, and supportive wellbeing spaces.

Throughout the month, local facilitators, educators, and community organisations deliver sessions designed to strengthen personal wellbeing, build practical life skills, and encourage meaningful connection. Topics span areas such as health, mindset, creativity, personal development, digital confidence, and everyday strategies for living well.

THRIVE is designed to be welcoming, practical, and inclusive. Participants can explore new ideas, learn useful tools, and connect with others in a supportive environment that values curiosity, growth, and community. Whether attending one session or many, THRIVE offers a chance to take time for yourself, discover new perspectives, and reconnect with the things that help you feel strong, capable, and supported.
