What You'll Learn

Fresh Pasta Making

• Master the art of making fresh egg pasta from scratch.
• Learn to mix, knead, roll and shape pasta dough by hand.
• Create classic pasta varieties with confidence.
• Prepare traditional sauces, including sofrito and béchamel.
