Food, Digestion & Wellbeing: The Ayurvedic Approach

Every day we're surrounded by conflicting advice about what we should eat. From keto and paleo to low-carb, high-protein, sugar-free and everything in between, it can be difficult to know what truly supports your health. Many people try one diet after another, only to find the results are short-lived or the restrictions simply aren't sustainable.

In this workshop, Laura introduces the principles of Ayurveda, a holistic system of health and wellbeing that has been practised for over 5,000 years. You'll explore how your unique body type influences digestion, energy, and overall health, and discover how nutrition can be tailored to support your individual needs.

Through a simple Ayurvedic constitution assessment, you'll gain insight into the foods that best suit your body, learn about the root causes of common digestive and weight concerns, and understand how seasonal changes and different stages of life can influence your wellbeing.

Whether you're looking to improve your digestion, develop a healthier relationship with food, or move beyond the confusion of fad diets, this workshop offers practical, personalised guidance to help you nourish your body with confidence.

No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required. This beginner-friendly session is designed to empower you with simple, practical strategies to better understand your body and support your long-term wellbeing.
