Depression in neurodivergent adults can often look different from what people expect and may be confused with burnout, executive dysfunction, or low motivation. This workshop explores the unique ways depression can present in autistic adults and people with ADHD, while examining the barriers that can impact mood, motivation, and daily functioning. Participants will gain a better understanding of these experiences and leave with practical, neuro-affirming strategies to improve wellbeing, increase engagement, and work with, rather than against, the neurodivergent brain.
