What's on Understanding Neurodivergence: Anxiety & Neurodivergence Anxiety is one of the most common challenges experienced by neurodivergent individuals, but it doesn't always look the way you might expect. This workshop explores how anxiety presents in autistic people and those with ADHD, and the role that sensory processing, uncertainty, masking, and executive functioning can play. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of these connections and leave with practical, neuro-affirming strategies to reduce anxiety, build emotional resilience, and provide effective support in everyday life.
