What's on Neighbourhood Night Studio - Food Safety Keep your community safe while you serve! Whether you are flipping burgers at a weekend fundraiser or managing a busy community canteen, understanding food safety is essential. For not-for-profit organisations, maintaining high food safety standards isn't just about best practice, it is a vital part of protecting your supporters and ensuring your organisation remains compliant with local health regulations. Even for casual events like a sausage sizzle, proper handling, storage, and preparation are key to preventing foodborne illness and safeguarding your group's reputation. We are hosting this practical, easy-to-understand session as part of our Neighbourhood Night Studio, our relaxed evening program where the community comes together to learn and connect.
