Skillsets for Successful Tenancies - Dollars and Sense

Come along to the computer lab at The Neighbourhood Hive and complete this free online course with support. 

The 10-hour training package covers:

  • communication skills
  • understanding your rights and responsibilities as a tenant
  • cleaning and maintaining a rental property
  • budgeting

Upon completion, graduates receive a Certificate from the Tenancy Skills Institute which may be recognised by real estate agents when applying for a private rental tenancy.
