We are currently looking for referrals for older people who are living in their own home or in a residential care facility and are feeling lonely or socially isolated, to be referred to our free Community Visitors Scheme (CVS).

We hope to commence the referral process, so once the COVID-19 situation has settled, we can arrange a trained volunteer to visit weekly to help the person feel more socially connected and supported.
