Learn Tai Chi in this 4 week Introductory Course

Join us for some fun and learn Tai Chi with the Local Learning Network over 4 Friday afternoons. This course is for anyone wanting to learn tai chi, strengthen the body and mind, while meeting other like minded community members.

Tai chi and Qigong practice helps for release and healing of physical tension especially to parts of the body that hold stress (eg neck, back and joints).   All parts of the body are strengthened and with practice participants may experience improvements in general health, coordination, balance,  flexibility, self awareness and concentration .

Over the 4 weeks (1 hour per week) learn the foundations of Tai Chi movements, how to relax through body work and breath.

This is a beginners workshop but those with experience are also welcome to attend.
