Cost

When travelling with TransComCare, you will be expected to make a donation for the service.  This donation is sought to assist in the cost of the service.  However, should you find you are faced with financial difficulty do not hesitate to contact the Coordinator to negotiate the payment.  This donation is used solely for the provision of providing transport.

For a HACC client within Hervey Bay, costs are:

$7.00 for a return trip
$25 for Burrum Heads Return
$25 to Maryborough Return
$12.00 for multi-rides (e.g. bank AND shops)
For non-eligible HACC client a fee for service charge can be negotiated

Other places can be negotiated with the Office.
